Place in Sydney to escape the paps?
Definitely not anywhere near the beach! I swear we see them every time we’re anywhere near Bondi or Bronte. However I tend to spend most of my time in Bondi Junction, where I have noticed a lot of undercover celebrities but no photographers, which is awesome!
Favourite place to eat?
I feel really passionate about this question, I absolutely love food and can’t seem to ever get enough of it!! Here is a list of my favourites:
- If you are after a killer steak try ‘Kelly’s’ in Bondi Junction. The grilled atlantic salmon is absolutely to die for.
- If you are after a good pizza, you really can’t go past “Bondi Pizza” in Bondi Junction. The waiters are pretty easy on the eye too haha!
- If you’re up for a bit of a drive, they make the most mouth watering ribs you will ever have at “The Wild Water Grill” on the Northern Beaches.
- If you like mexican food, tequila and a massive party, make sure you go to “Cafe Pacifico” in Kings Cross. I guarantee you will have the time of your life.
- If you’re on the run, check out “Top Juice” in Bondi Junction. They make delicious smoothies and have every flavour yogurt you can possibly imagine. They also make the best Bircher muesli I have ever had.
Favourite place to grab a desert?
TWISTED!!!! It is 98 percent fat free frozen yogurt with as many delicious toppings as you can imagine. It’s located right on Bondi Beach, so I like to eat mine while I watch the surf. In winter…I recommend staying in your car.
Favourite place to snack on?
If you are up for a cheap and easy snack, try the organic restaurant in Westfield Bondi Junction called “Wild Food”. It is opposite Woolworths and serves the healthiest snacks you can possibly find!
Favourite lolly?
I am such a lolly girl! I swear they are my biggest weakness. My favourite lolly in the entire world is “Twizzlers red licorice” unfortunately it can only be found in America. However, as good as Twizzlers are, I really do love Allens lollies lots! The party mix is just too good!
Favourite place to go to for a drink?
‘TOP JUICE’ in Bondi Junction. I honestly go there every single day. If you go, make sure you ask for the Blueberry Protein shake, it will change your life. Also “Cantina Latina’ on Bondi Road makes a heavenly Acai berry juice.
Favourite place to go to Grab a beer?
The Eastern Hotel is the perfect place to grab a chilled out bruski after work.
Favourite place to go to Hang with friends?
I love ‘Kit and Kaboodle’ at the moment, it’s a nice place to have a cocktail and catch up with friends.
Favourite place to go to Go clubbing?
I am a pretty big fan of ‘Piano Room’ in Kings Cross, and I’m not going to lie, ‘The Club’ is also heaps of fun.
Favourite place to go to for a swim?
Definitely Bronte or Tamarama.
Favourite place to spend some time alone?
In between scenes filming on location for Home and Away, Palm beach is the perfect place for some quality alone time.
What is your typical day like when your not working?
If I’m not working my day usually consist of the following: A massive, guilt free sleep in till 11:00 followed by breakfast at a cafe in Bronte or some Bircher Muesli from ‘Top Juice’. Then a session of Body Pump at Fitness first followed by another trip to ‘Top Juice’ for a blueberry protein shake. After lunch I tend to become some kind of house wife, and spend the afternoon grocery shopping, cleaning the apartment and doing laundry. Once all my chores are done, I head back to fitness first for a session of Body Attack. Then dinner, a movie and definitely ice-cream for desert!
