X-Factor Australia host Luke Jacobz has been charged with a mid-range drink driving offence.
According to The Sydney Morning Herland, the 34-year-old was pulled over on Anzac Parade, Moore Park in Sydney at 11.20am on May 31, court documents say.
The former Home And Away star is alleged to have returned a blood alcohol level of 0.116.
The court documents also show this is the TV presenter’s second offence.
It’s expected the personality will enter a plea when the case returns to court July 15.
Before his five-year stint as host of The X Factor, a reality television music competition, Luke was a presenter on children’s show The Big Arvo and also Popstars Live.
He was also regular cast member on Australian TV series McLeod’s Daughters as well as Home and Away
Luke received a silver Logie nomination for most popular actor in 2010.
