Jessie J first rose to fame with her hit Price Tag and recently worked with fellow divas Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj on the No 1 UK single Bang Bang.
The 26-year-old already has two seasons of coaching experience under her belt from The Voice UK.
“I love being a coach and sharing my knowledge and experience in vocals and in music.,” she said in a statement released by Channel 9.
“I learnt so much and really enjoyed being on The Voice UK for two series.
“I have loved continuing my support for the show by being a guest and getting to perform with contestants from all over the world and I’m so excited to get back in the red chair! I love Australia and I can’t wait to see what voices I might discover.”
The reality show’s rotating door also sees Delta Goodrem return after her stint on The Voice Kids last year.
She and Jessie J replace outgoing coaches will.i.am, who won last year’s series with singer Anja Nissen, and Kylie Minogue.
The show’s only remaining original coach Joel Madden will be joined by his brother Benji, who recently married Cameron Diaz after their successful partnership on The Voice Kids.
Latin pop star Ricky Martin also returns, as does host Darren McMullen who said it will be “the biggest season yet”.
Channel 9 has yet to confirm an air date for the 2015 season.
